This information explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information for the purpose of assessment of future employment with the Women's.
Personal Information
People Culture and Wellbeing receives information from applicants which may include an application letter, resume, completed application form, reference reports, proof of qualifications or registration and other additional personal information when applying for a position.

People Culture and Wellbeing collates and stores applications on an electronic recruitment system and in designated, secure filing cabinets in the case of hard copy applications.

Paper based and electronic applications are confidentially stored. If the applicant is successful gaining a position, application information will be added to a personnel file and stored within the People Culture and Wellbeing department.
