About Digital Innovation

The one Digital Innovation Program (oDIP) is a newly created department servicing The Women’s and The Royal Melbourne Hospital. Formulated through the partnering of the Information Management and Technology Directorate at The Women’s and the Digital Innovation Department at The Royal Melbourne Hospital who were responsible for the management and maintenance of the Digital Assets encompassing networks, storage, communications and applications enabling the delivery of safe, quality care.

The Women’s will be responsible for the employees and the service provision of the one Digital Innovation Program. The one Digital Innovation Program will be accountable to The Women’s and The Royal Melbourne Hospital as equal partners which will be formulated within a collaboration agreement.

One of the deliverables within the one Digital Innovation Program is the People Systems Improvement (PSI) Program. This program comprises of several inter-related projects, with the key projects being HRIS, Payroll and Rostering.

The HRIS Project will be a joint implementation between The Women’s and The Royal Melbourne Hospital, and the Rostering Project will be a joint implementation between The Women’sThe Royal Melbourne Hospital and Western Health

Please note that the implementation processes across these health services will be managed together at a program level, however, the system implementations will be separate instances for each health service.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible for providing business analysis and all IT and technical-related activities for the Rostering Project across the three health services of The Women’sThe Royal Melbourne Hospital and Western Health, from implementation planning through to transition to business as usual (BAU).

This position will predominantly work on the Rostering Project and may also need to work across the other projects within the Program as well as drawing upon the expertise input/feedback of other projects within the program, and vice-versa.
